Regional Director of Operations

Matthew comes to USI with over 15 years of industry experience, covering the Mid-Atlantic and New England markets. In 2006, he began his career as a Security Officer with a regional service provider and held several increasingly responsible management positions in sales, marketing and operations ultimately leading to a position as Vice President in 2015. Following its acquisition, Matthew held sales and operations positions with a national service provider, responsible for a $50 million plus client portfolio. Joining USI in 2022, he is currently charged with oversight of Connecticut, New York and New Jersey operations in addition to client relationship and sales development. Matthew holds a B.S. from Roger Williams University and holds active memberships with ASIS International and the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS).
