Regional Training & Compliance Manager

Jack is USI’s Regional Training & Compliance Manager. In his 5-year tenure with USI, Jack assisted in leading an operations team that had been recognized for outstanding client service year over year. The positive recognition was earned by him leveraging his 20+ years of security experience to guide him in forming strong long-lasting partnerships with both his clients and employees.

While working in operations Jack always sought out and took on projects that were focused on ensuring officers and accounts exceeded both their training and compliance goals. Whether it was the creation of professional and detailed SOPS or creating a curriculum for site specific training, he always impressed and exceeded expectations. Through these projects Jack found his passion for training and compliance excellence, making the path to his current role clear.

Building the most robust on-line learning platform in the industry, oversight of an organized process for the updating of post orders and creation of new post orders, continued education and certification programs, and leveraging technology for compliance transparency are just some of the projects Jack is working on now to enhance our services making USI an industry leader.
