Human Resource Generalist

Alyssa joined USI in 2021 as a Regional Recruiter for the CT region, was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager and is now our Metro Region’s Human Resource Generalist. She has a master’s degree in applied psychology with a concentration in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice & Forensic Psychology from the University of New Haven. Alyssa has hands-on experience with recruiting in the security industry, which allows her to lead and motivate her team, while also ensuring a positive candidate experience. Her knowledge of HR best practices has been integral to USI’s day-to-day employee management and general growth efforts.
