At USI, Carla started as an Account Administrator, managing payroll and scheduling, ensuring compliance with security operations, and optimizing workforce efficiency. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence led to her promotion in 2024. In her current role, she manages workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claims, conducts thorough risk assessments, and collaborates with the Training Department and Safety Team to enhance workplace safety and compliance. Additionally, Carla reviews payroll for the entire company, ensuring correct coding and billing alignment with contractual obligations, and audits government payroll for accuracy and legal compliance. Her work is instrumental in developing loss prevention strategies and ensuring USI meets all regulatory requirements.
