Crystal originally started at USI back in 2022 as a Regional Recruiter for the CT, NY and NJ region and is now our Talent Acquisition Lead. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with certifications in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Crystal has a proven track record of success in the security recruitment industry. Her drive to motivate her team and perform at a top-tier level, has allowed her to deliver positive results for both clients and candidates.
