This month United Security recognizes Security Officer Jean Donasaint for his exceptional ability to quickly defuse a tense situation while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.  Officer Donasaint intervened in a shoplifting incident at one of our retail locations. The shopper’s demeanor quickly turned hostile, leading to a confrontation where the individual threatened Officer Donasaint with a knife.

Officer Donasaint’s ability to stay calm under pressure allowed him to promptly alert Boston PD and inform the store’s customer service, successfully averting any further escalation of the situation. Officer Donasaint’s Supervisor, Christian Yepez, commended his outstanding commitment to providing excellent service and his unwavering attention to detail when faced with challenging circumstances.

Officer Donasaints stated, “I am happy I can provide my location with the level of service they ask for and I’m very excited about the gift card. I will be filling up my gas tank immediately and wanted to say thank you to USI for the gift and opportunity!”
