Senior Regional Director of Operations

John Fratolillo is our Regional Director of Operations overseeing MA / NH / ME. John joined USI in early 2022 and brings with him over 25 years in the security services industry. John has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College and a M.A. in Criminal Justice from Curry College. His career highlights include working with other leading security services firm and leading large operational teams who serviced clients in the following market verticals: Healthcare, Higher Education, Commercial Class A Real Estate, Corporate Campus, Biotech, Pharma, and Residential. John’s geographic experience has allowed him to lead teams from Massachusetts’ to Georgia and as far west as Oklahoma. John is skilled in operation management, business development, financial IQ, customer service and communication. He is a talented operator who is committed to the success of his customers and team.
