Regional Training & Compliance Manager

Riley is USI’s Regional Training & Compliance Manager for the CT / NY NJ market. She has been the driving force behind developing, instituting, and teaching the USI Healthcare Academy on our healthcare accounts. This training has been instrumental in preparing officers for the major roles they serve in their day-to-day operations. Riley has reshaped competency reviews to better ensure officers have the necessary tools to excel in their respective divisions and identify weaknesses if any. This new way of teaching also led to the development of healthcare-specific post orders with a focus on building a solid base so officers can truly excel and succeed. Riley has led the tracking and monitoring system for regulatory compliance at each healthcare site, ensuring all officers are in good standing. Riley is a certified HIS First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, a Crisis Prevention Institute Instructor and AVADE Training Workplace Violence Prevention Instructor. Additionally, Riley has a B.S in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
