For twenty-seven years United Security has built a business based on community support to our clients, partners and the charity initiatives they support. Recently, United Security was honored to be part of the following events.
USI client, United Nations Federal Credit Union, has an internal charity division named the UNFCU Foundation. One of the focuses of this foundation is the support of the Kilimanjaro Initiative. This program sponsor youths from disadvantaged communities to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. The climb encourages youth to have self-belief. www.unfcufoundation.org/causeKI
USI also proudly supports the Greenwich Police Department and their Silver Shield Association Education fund. This scholarship Golf outing is in its 23rd year. The events main purpose is to provide tuition assistance to eligible children of active / retired police officers who are pursuing college educations. In 2018 this organization provided $80,000 in scholarship for higher education.
