United Security is excited to announce and welcome Melanie Lima as our new Regional Recruiter focused on the Boston market.
Melanie brings with her broad experience in the security services industry. This includes starting as a security officer. Within six-month Melanie was promoted into a supervisor position at a large Class A commercial high rise. Melanie continued to impress and was later promoted to an Account Manager position overseeing the Boston Public Library. Her leadership caught the eye of the City of Boston, and she was hired away from the contract side of security to become the new Director of Security for all 26 Libraries in Boston proper. Melanie also was a key player at Moderna on the security team as they grew their footprint in the Boston-Metro area.
