He managed multiple locations in Logan Airport, at Grand Central Terminal and at JFK International Airport, and while at those locations, he earned eight consecutive management awards. Known for fostering positive and responsive relationships with the client landlords, James has a strong background in client and employee relations, which makes him a perfect fit for this region.
