USI Welcomes Sean Vimini

Sean is a motivated, creative and driven Recruitment Management professional. As our Regional Recruiting Manager, Sean brings extensive experience in management, recruitment, administration and networking to USI. Sean received a BA in Communications from Fairfield University with a focus in organizational communication. Sean has always had a passion for recruiting, and with his knowledge and experience in the industry, he provides recruiting practices and solutions that help build strong, successful and long lasting teams with the best talent.
